chore: Remove unnecessary git commands and update README

This commit removes the Git authorization and commit/push steps from the check.yml workflow, as they are no longer needed. It also removes the check badge from the README.md.

Files and Folder Structure

./local-files/localization.json: Localization strings.
./local-files/generic.json: General strings.
./local-files/genericTrans: Same as generic.json.
Folder and file names in genericTrans can be customized to to distinguish translation content.
./local-files/resource Resource files.
